What fabrics do you use?
We work with premium Indian fabrics such as cotton, silk, Kupro silk, Kala cotton, muslin, denim, linen, organic cotton, and other breathable natural blends depending on the style.
How do I choose the right size?
You can refer to our size chart before placing your order.
How should I care for my CAMASAA garments?
Most CAMASAA garments can be machine washed and ironed. For pieces with special patches, embroidery, gota work, lace, or detailed handwork, dry cleaning is recommended to protect the fabric and finishing.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. CAMASAA offers custom sizing for clients who need a better fit than our standard size chart. Custom sizing requires an appointment so we can understand your measurements, fit preference, and garment requirements properly.
How do I book an appointment for custom sizing or alterations?
You can contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or email to book an appointment. Once confirmed, our team will guide you through the measurement and customisation process.
Can I exchange a standard-size garment?
Standard-size garments may be eligible for exchange if they are unworn, unused, tagged, and returned within the allowed exchange window. The garment will be checked before the exchange is approved.
Can I return or exchange a customised garment?
Custom-made and made-to-order garments are not returnable or exchangeable. Since these pieces are made specifically for the client, we recommend confirming all details before placing the order.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders. International shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and will depend on the destination, courier, and order size.
Can the garments be machine washed?
Yes, most regular cotton, linen, denim, and similar fabric garments can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. For delicate fabrics or special detailing, dry cleaning is the safer option.
